The reps aren't updated on your app or current sales unless it's right in their faces. Checkout is exasperating and difficult, especially if you have an Express Next Credit Card. They ask you if you want to be a member, even when you use your Express Next Credit Card. This brings doubt to my mind about if I'm getting credit/points for my purchases but also makes me not confident in their abilities in general. Overall, it's repeatedly been a horrible experience and I hate going there. I avoid it at all costs.
