However, the kind lady who helped me not only helped me find the perfect pants but encouraged and made the experience personal. I wish I could remember her name but that personalized experience will continue to make me a life long customer at Express! She was simply the best!!

- 3 out of 5.0Rating 3.0July 18, 2021I’ve bought 5 pair of shoes not too long ago. Three out of the five pair of shoes came in differently not consistent. One came in a clear plastic bag, another came in with no bag just in a box and then three other came in new original boxes. I’m returning the one that was not protected just shipped in a box.
