THE LADIES WERE GREAT,AND SO HELPFUL. THANKS.

On this particular day . There was a women working who I don’t typically see. At first I did not know she was an employee she was standing in the area of the dressing rooms with no Tiago on or anything . I then saw her putting clothes back from off the rack . She never acknowledged me . Did not even smile and it was not my typical experience at this store . This past Saturday I was shopping . When I went to go check out the girl at the register must have had a friend come in and she was showing her pictures on her phone . Instead of telling her friend to wait . She kept looking back at me as she went to the from of the store and then asked the other young lady to come ring me up . As I was leaving I watched while she caught up with her friend . I just thought it was a little ridiculous. I was the only one in line . Overall I come to this location a lot . Their is an older women blonde who is the manager always makes me feel so welcome ! There’s also another younger girl who is always always so nice and chipper . I guess this is the expectation I have for this store . It’s not always the clothes for me it’s the people who work there and the customer service .

One day I returned an online order. The next day, I needed to return something else snd was told the rules changed and they cannot return a non-outlet item anymore. They could have told me that the day before.
