I carried around a pile of clothes and asked to start a fitting and she pointed in the direction of the fitting room while I carried around $800 worth of clothes. No one checked on me for sizes so I had to redress, walk out, find my size, and return to fitting room. I asked if Covid restricted them from helping me and she said no. I have been extremely disappointed in customer service at many locations. I understand business is down in stores, but good customer service will keep us coming back.
