    I am disappointed in the fact that Express refuses to give a store credit when there is an "even exchange" & they will only allow you to go pick out something for the same price as opposed to giving a store credit. During this busy xmas season, I don't have time to fight people in a busy store trying to shop for an even exchange item or items. I want the credit so I can come back when it's not as hectic. Instead I grabbed 2 sweaters that I didn't try on so I can get out of there & both sweaters don't fit right. So now I have to go back to Express for another "even exchange" when I could have avoided all that & just got a store credit from the get go. It's frustrating when I spend thousands of dollars at Express that they refuse to give me a $80 store card so I can spend it when I see fit. And this is not the first time it's happened.
