- 1 out of 5.0Rating 1.0August 7, 2021I asked her first if I could use the express coupons that I get through text and she said that coupon was only for retail. I said well this is retail isn’t it? She said no! Makes no sense. Then I gave her the 15% outlet specific coupon and she said I can’t use it because it is a tax free holiday. Horrible corporate policy. It’s not like you get any loss from the tax free holiday (in fact it’s a gain because more customers) so why do I have to gain 6% only to lose 15%? Ridiculous! I won’t go there again. In fact, I won’t go to any of your stores due to unfair policy. I ended up buying almost $400 worth of your items.
