Great service and clean

Nice store

Horrible experience, the male cashier forgot to put one of my items in the bag. I called a day later explaining I’m from San Diego I stopped at cabazon outlets to make a purchase and continued to Arizona to visit family and wouldn’t be back towards San Diego for another 5 days. Kim the sales clerk said “ what do u want me to do about it?” I further explained I paid for it already I know they have limited stock and sizes in the dress and I don’t understand why she can’t hold it until my original drive back to California as it is an inconvenience to drive three hours to pick up a dress and drive back three hours the same day. She then agreed she would put it on hold. At that point I didn’t feel comfortable that my dress would be held. I asked my fiancé to drive from San Diego to Palm Springs to pick up my dress and sent him a screenshot of my receipt of proof of purchase, once he got there the manager said she refused to call the employee On her day off to see if my dress was held. After arguments back-and-forth in the store the manager then proceeded to go in the back and check for my dress and finally gave my item to my fiancé. I’ve been shopping at express for a number of years now and have never had an experience like this. I would suggest there be more communication within the employees and training on customer service as I’m a businesswoman myself and Understand the importance of customer satisfaction to continue to run a healthy business.
