I had to take one star off for the fact two tank tops were missing from my bag. But I called long after store hours were closed and she answered and was extremely apologetic. It was easy enough to get them a few days later because they were held for me in the front of the store. I love this Express:) Will go here over Short Hills Mall or Willbrook any day :):)
