Unfortunately I was not allowed to use it because it wouldn't go through the system . The manager even gave me the phone number to customer relations which I did call the same day explain the situation . The young lady that was on the phone speaking to me was not the most pleasant person to speak with. Because of the way she spoke to me I haven't been back since to any express store, or factory store. There's always something that can be done to make the customer happy And not feel like someone just wanting my money.
